We accept returns on Handles and Knobs ONLY. (no hinges or plates)
We have been selling kitchen cabinet hardware for many years and know and understand our customers' needs. Because of that we make every effort to be sure that our specifications, images and description of all the items on our web site are complete and accurate. We carry items for every kitchen application in many colors, textures and finishes. Perhaps the finish or color is not to your liking? Just return it to us, we make it easy for you. Follow these simple steps.
1. Please email for an authorization number before returning merchandise to us.
2. All returns must be sent by POST OFFICE only. and within 30 days of receipt. Must be sent to the address showing below. We will not accept any returns sent other than by the POST OFFICE. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any taxes, brokerage charges, or other costs incurred in shipping will be the responsibility of the customer returning the goods.
3. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Any items returned not in these conditions will be discarded and a credit WILL NOT be issued for them.
4. A re-stocking fee of 25% applies to all items being returned.
5. Any Handles or Knobs that was a special order cannot be returned.
6. Returning items must be over $ 60.00 US. ( before shipping )
7. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit to be used within 6 months from issued date.
8. Shipping is non refundable.

Warranty Returns
Hardware has a one year replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Send the defective part / parts back by POST OFFICE ONLY. You must pay any charges to get them to us. Please email for an AUTHORIZATION # OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED AT THE POST OFFICE. Upon our inspection of the defects we will decide if it is a warranty claim, improper installation, or abuse. Of course only the first is covered. If this is a legitimate claim our suppliers will credit us for the defective part and we will in turn send you the replacement pre paid. Please enclose full purchase information including the invoice #.
